Many learners concerned about enrolling for ESL classes at City Colleges face challenges during the enrollment process. They are not familiar with the short placement test, or they could have difficulty accessing the necessary benefits and services through various agencies. To bridge this gap, the Southeast Asia Community Center (SEACC) offers free primary and advanced ESL English classes.
These classes help students improve their reading and writing skills in English to succeed at City College or in their job search.
